All purchases made through Quirkies are final and non-returnable, except as required by applicable law or in cases where we are responsible for delivery issues.

Delivery Disruptions

Unauthorized or Erroneous Transactions
You are responsible for transactions made under your account. Quirkies will not be liable for unauthorized, erroneous, or fraudulent transactions related to your use of our website.
Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, subject to the terms of your payment processor and applicable laws. Please allow reasonable processing time for the funds to appear in your account.
