All orders typically process within 12–24 hours of being placed.

Delivery Time

Once processed, delivery usually occurs within 2–12 hours.
Your delivery window may fluctuate based on your location and delivery conditions.

Shipping Charges

We apply a flat delivery fee based on your delivery destination:

• Québec (QC) and Ontario (ON) - $3.99

• British Columbia (BC) and Alberta (AB) - $5.99

Delivery Tracking

We will send you a notification with a delivery window and a tracking link on the day of delivery.
Please use this to track your order in real time.

Delivery Instructions

Any delivery instructions must be included at the time you place your order.
Please note we cannot accommodate delivery instructions submitted through the delivery tracker afterwards.
